Mark Allen lives in Western Oklahoma and has been reading comics since he was about six years old, and has, in that sense, refused to "grow up." Suspended Animation is a 20+ year old comics review column first created by Michael Vance. F.C.C. is also the first fan site of the Oklahoma Cartoonists Collection, which seeks to collect, preserve and publicly display the work of Oklahoma comics writers, artists, and their associates.
